Waters is a new band by Van Pierszalowski, formerly of Port O’Brien, whose debut record ‘Out in the Light ‘ dropped last month via TBD Records (City Slang Records in the UK) and has been on high rotation with The South Rail team. After the demise of Port O’Brien last spring (2010), Van spent the next year traveling, ending up in Oslo, Norway where he put together a new band with a few Norwegians he met — Two months of rehearsing later, they recorded the debut LP in Dallas, TX with producer John Congleton in just 10 days!
