We love us some Bass Drum of Death! The Oxford, Mississippi 2-piece gave us a little taste of new material today via the band’s Tumbler. The song is called ‘I Dunno’ and can be streamed below. Along with the track, the post read “this is just a rough mix and unmastered, so you may hafta crank it.”
This is the first bit of new material from the band whose debut full-length, ‘GB City,’ dropped earlier this year via Fat Possum Records… Also check out the official video for ‘Get Found,’ which is one of many killer tracks from that LP… ‘GB City’ is available now HERE… And if you’re still craving some more, Bass Drum of Death did a set over at Daytrotter back in June. The past week A.A. Bondy and Fat Possum Records have been slowly releasing bits and pieces of the new A.A. Bondy album ‘Believers,’ which is his follow-up to the AMAZING 2009 release ‘When The Devil’s Loose.’ …And today, exclusively at NPR, we get the first taste of ‘Believers’ with the stream of LP’s first single ‘The Heart Is Willing.’

Wavves just wrapped their tour with Best Coast and is now heading to Japan and Australia. So today, before their next leg of touring, the band unveiled their 2nd official music video from the LP ‘King of the Beach’… which happens to be the title track of this video — directed by Focus Creeps. The sophomore album for San Francisco’s Sonny and the Sunsets is set for release April 12 via Fat Possum. The new LP, “Hit After Hit,” follows up their debut Tomorrow is Alright which we released last year.

At first we were bummed to hear jj had bailed out of the Pitchfork Music Festival next month… but when we found out Sonny and the Sunsets were taking their place on-stage, it helped fill that void AND THEN SOME!
