The South Rail is a huge fan of The Phenomenal Handclap Band (NY, NY)…..especially the song ’15 to 20’….and if you are a CSS fan, it will be hard NOT to compare these guys. The video for this song is a great artistic slap in the face, of 8 mini movies combined into one, that was shot “in and all over” NYC.
